Paws for thought with Murphy
Welcome back pals,
Not long until you’ll all be back on site to enjoy some fantastic outdoor adventures with me again! But, in case you’ve forgotten what the grounds look like, or if you’ll be joining me for the first time this academic year… you’re in for a treat.
‘Welcome to my home’
The driveway is the first glimpse you will have of Ufton and it is absolutely pawsome!!!
This is the Tudor Manor House where lots of you will be staying. As well as it being a grand building, there are so many exciting rooms waiting to be discovered by you…
See if you can find the priest holes, or persuade one of our teaching team to take you down to the basement!
These wonderful buildings are our log cabins, which is where you will probably stay if you are doing lots of outdoor adventures. Only last year we had these fantastic Maths equipment areas put in, and there is lots of green space to run around… which, if you love running like I do, you will absolutely love your time here!
Have you heard one of my best jokes?
What does the zero (0) say to the number eight (8)? … Nice belt!
We also have lots of woodland areas, which are all safe to explore. The woods is the home to our newly refurbished low ropes course, the outdoor kitchen, the archery range, the blind trail and our Viking longship replica… phew!
At the back of the house, there is also the farm, the herb garden and our Celtic settlement…
I hope this will make you excited about your visit. Be sure to come and say hello to me when you are here.
See you soon!
